Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bhats Flow & Fix, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide all plumbing, repair, maintenance, and installation services professionally and to a high standard.

Service Refund Policy

By booking and accepting our services, the customer agrees that payment is for the time, labour, expertise, materials, and completed work provided by Bhats Flow & Fix.

Refunds will not be provided for completed services where:

  • The work has been completed as agreed;

  • The plumbing issue has been resolved;

  • The customer approved the work before or during the service;

  • The customer is satisfied with the completed service at the time of completion.

Once a service has been successfully completed, the customer is not entitled to a refund simply because they change their mind or no longer require the service.

If a genuine issue arises directly related to our workmanship, customers must contact us within a reasonable period so we can inspect and, where appropriate, resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a booking before work has started. However, cancellation fees may apply for:

  • Emergency call-outs;

  • Same-day appointments;

  • Travel costs already incurred;

  • Materials or parts already purchased for the job.

Once work has started, cancellation is not permitted, and charges for labour, time, and materials used will still apply.

Returns of Goods & Materials

Returns are only accepted for unused physical goods or parts supplied by us and must meet the following conditions:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days;

  • The goods are unused and in original packaging;

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or special-order materials;

  • Installed or used plumbing parts;

  • Goods damaged after delivery or installation;

  • Hygiene-related or sealed products that have been opened;

  • Items mixed or permanently installed into property systems.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning eligible goods. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection and approval of the returned goods.
